Found some 2x Buldak at the Vietnamese Market yesterday.

just made a basic noodle & seaweed bowl. honestly it was pretty good, and was definitely more spicy than black package. Solid 8/10 on lingering burn.

though I feel like this needs some pork and green onion.

I decided to try it mostly on its own, before I dressed it up.
