I picked these up while on vacation to Costa Rica. Ahi Chombo and Rocoto are some of the chiles in these which I have never tried. Some great heat and flavor!
Anyone else have experience with any of these hot sauces?
I love the one on the left. If the prices weren’t so ridiculous to order it. They’d probably be a staple in my kitchen. I use a lot of hot sauce so not practical.
I buy the industrial sized bottles/containers of my favs.
The first time I had it in Costa Rica I used it with every meal. They are some of my fav. Just not enough to pay $15 or more a bottle after shipping. I’d kill that bottle in under a week.
