Thicker sauces interaction with bread. Interesting

So I was doing another taste test of my sauces off camera. I figure you guys have had enough of my voice for a while. And then I compared them to Tabasco and I'm like wait, look at that and then yeah it's interesting. They're both vinegary sauces but the Tabasco on the right soaks into the bread better. And it's a bagel a plain bagel.
