To Make Paneer balls
200 gms of Fresh home made Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
3 tbsp. of chickpea flour (Besan)
1/2 tsp. Jeeralu powder
1/2 tsp. Chili flakes*
1/2 tsp. Oregano / Ajma
1 tbsp. Cashew Powder
1/4 tsp. Dry Mango Powder (amchur)
Milk as required to ensure it’s not dry
salt to taste
To make Chili Sauce
8-10 Kashmiri Chilies (as per your spice level) boiled in 1/2 cup of water
1/8 tsp. Ginger powder (Sonth)
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. citric acid
1/2 tsp. of cumin seed powder (Jeera)
salt
1 tbsp. Oil
1/2 tsp. Sesame seeds
1/8 tsp. Asafetida (Hing)
For Chili Idlis
16 Idlis cut into 4 parts
