How long does the San Manuel chorizo last in fridge once opened?
I opened it up Monday around 5am for tacos and only used half. Stored the other half in the fridge. Would it still be good to cook and eat? Doesn’t look or smell bad

chorizo tends to have a ton of salt which acts as a preservative, this brand seems to be “all natural” and doesnt contain additional preservatives. i would try to use asap. it should be fine give it a good sniff and trust ur gut
