Can anyone think what the problem might be with some of my Carolina reapers seedlings,they started off really well vigorous growth nice leaf colour then they just turned a really dark colour with slow growth almost no new growth at all, the third plant is a scotch bonnet seedling that’s 3 weeks behind and still twice as big and very healthy

I am in no way an expert on gardening but that soil is dry as fuck
Have any of your conditions changed recently, has it been hotter or cooler? The plants honestly look pretty healthy and look like one another, so I wouldn’t be too concerned.
