Cheese Chilli Bhakhri
👩🍳Ingredients :
▪️1/2 cup Green Capsicum ( finely chopped )
▪️1 Green Chilli ( finely sliced )
▪️Few Basil Leaves
▪️Coriander
▪️1 tsp Chaat Masala
▪️1/4 tsp Pink Salt
▪️1 tbsp Spicy Green Chutney
▪️3 Cheese Cubes ( grated )
▪️3 Bhakhris
▪️Tomato Slices
▪️Spicy Green Chutney
▪️Cheese
▪️ Chilli Flakes for Garnish
👩🍳Method :
1. In a bowl , add chopped capsicum, green chilli , basil leaves , coriander , chaat masala , salt , chutney , grated cheese and mix well and your cheese chilli mixture is ready .
2. Now on a plate place bhakhri and spread a layer of green chutney , followed by a layer of tomato slices and sprinkle chaat masala over the tomatoes.
3. Next layer a generous amount of the prepared mixture and grate a little more cheese on top .
4. Heat butter in a pan , place the prepared bhakhri , add an ice cube , cover with a glass lid and cook till the cheese melts .
5. Once crisp switch off the gas.
6. Serve the cheese chilli bhakri garnished with chilli flakes and enjoy .
