I left my poor Ghost pepper plant out in the winter and in march it started sprouting again. We had a pretty cold march and all the sprouts and leaves that it had became Brown and fell off. Now i can see new small sprouts, will It survive?

Yes, give it a deep watering and it should bounce back! 👍🏻 Mine did the same.
