2 tbsp maida
Salt & black pepper

1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vinegar

Lotus stem ko peel karke thin slices me cut karo
3–5 min tak light boil karo, phir completely dry kar lo
Cornflour, maida, salt aur pepper mix karke lotus stem coat karo
Medium hot oil me golden aur crispy fry karo
Pan me oil heat karo, garlic sauté karo
Soy sauce, chilli sauce aur ketchup add karo
Honey aur vinegar daal kar sauce ko thoda sticky hone do
Fried lotus stem daal kar achhe se toss karo
Sesame seeds aur spring onion se garnish karo
