Ingredients:
Cucumber – 2
Carrot – 2
Curd – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Garlic – 2 cloves (crushed)
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Method –
* Chop cucumber and carrot into small bite-sized pieces.
* In a bowl, mix curd with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, crushed garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
* Add the chopped veggies into the dressing and mix well.
* Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
* Chill for 10–15 mins (optional) and serve fresh.

i never get the hate for salad , since my childhood i have enjoyed the idea of salads as much as i enjoyed fried and spicy food.
