Is this overwintered pepper plant done for? He suffered one day of sub 32 F, his brother in photo 2 is chilling.

I brought them both in after forgetting to bring them in earlier before it hit sub 32 F one night in November 2025. They came from the same seed packet, yet the first photo is a Texas Longhorn while the second is a Cayenne.

My room is 68-71 F now.

Do you think the Texas Longhorn is still alive and can it still bounce back?
