This plant was grown from seed from the same pod of fruit. Started indoors, grown indoors.
No other seedling, despite the same soil and environment, has any health issues but still a chance it's disease.
Both parents are Capsicum Frutescens and neither had variegation.

I love the latin name
looks more like mosaic. Variegation has more color variety, this looks like virus blistering.
