There was a hot sauce booth set up at a street fair that I happened to pass on my way home; so I decided to pick up a mini three pack of their sauces. It was billed as a mild/medium/hot pack by the guy at the booth.
I'd say all three were pleasantly flavorful, but only the Habanero Mango Salvation had any heat – and even that was more of a "mmm, quite tasty…" seconds pass… "ooh, bit of a kick" heat, rather than being actually hot.
Overall, I'd say that I'm glad that I picked it up; but none of these are going to be entering my regular rotation.
