Pho, the healthy Vietnamese street food restaurant group, is celebrating the UK’s record “pho’king hot summer” with the exclusive launch of Pink Sriracha, available only in their restaurants nationwide from this week.
Partnering with SABZU, the premium Thai condiment brand by Bamboomart London Limited, Pho welcomes the world’s first-ever pink sriracha sauce to its tables. A reinvention of the global hot sauce, Pink Sriracha sets itself apart from all other hot sauces with its standout hot pink hue. Made from high-quality white Thai chillies grown exclusively in northern Thailand, it gets its vibrant colour from the hibiscus flower, which also gives the sauce an initial fruity note before finishing with a deliciously spicy heat. Lending itself perfectly to the fricy (fruity and spicy) trend that is the new flavour obsession.
To celebrate, Pho is launching “Pink Wednesdays” whereby every Wednesday during August, anyone who rocks up to a Pho restaurant wearing pink can enjoy a spicy pink margarita and select dishes for each £5. So whether it’s tucking into crispy spring rolls, seasoned chicken wings, fresh summer rolls or a spicy pink margarita infused with dragonfruit and Thai chillies, anyone wearing pink can enjoy these select options for just £5.
