White fish with chili sauce, this pan fried fish has a spicy sauce made with lots of hot chili, shallots and garlic.This Thai inspired recipe is easy to make. The sauce is simple its just hot chilies , fish sauce and few other flavouring ingredients.This goes very well with steamed rice or can have it as such, serves as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
White fish fillet – cut to 3 medium pieces (can use any fish that you normaly fry sea bass, tilapia or other perch type fish)

red Thai chili-8 (can increase or decrease the quntity according to your spice preference)
green chili – 8
Shallots – 10-12
Garlic – 2
Ginger- 1 big piece
fish sauce – 2 -3 tsp
lime juice – 1/2 lemon
