Here’s my super simple chili recipe! We like it basic, but you can beef yours up with tomatoes or more seasonings! Written recipe and nutrition below!
Chili Seasoning
1 Tbsp Chili powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Pinch of Cayenne (optional)
Other Ingredients
15 oz Beans
30 oz Tomato Sauce
1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey (both are great!)
Mix all seasoning together.
Brown meat and drain.
Add sauce, beans and seasonings to pot. Mix and simmer until heated through.
Makes 6 servings of 7.5 ounces.
