Yesterday these guy’s made it into the brine to begin fermentation.
Not much spice but wow these were great. As if the regular Utz crab chip wasn’t delicious enough already.
Something a little different. Spicy cayenne/garlic/10% cream/oil sauce with morels, sundried tomatoes, fresh Basil, spinach, Parmesan, and shrimp.
I apologize if this is against the rules, but I feel everyone should know about this sauce. It’s painfully delicious.…
