So I got these black dots all over my habanero plants; stem, leaf, fruit… everything! A friend thought it might be thrips. What do you think and is there anything to do to get rid of it? I can also mention that this is their second year, I’ve overwintered them once. First year had no issues. Thanks

Possible manganese deficiency …were you adding any nutrients?
Mites Defo and organic deficiency.
Use mite oil add some organic fertiliser.
