Modern Hippie Kitchen: Vegan Chili

***Vegan Chili***

half red onion
2 bell peppers
can of corn (or fresh or frozen)
can of kidney beans
can of other random bean of choice (or not)
cauliflower
28oz can of crushed tomatoes
generous amount of nutritional yeast
clearly not this much garlic powder
sprinkle of oregano
sprinkle of cayenne (or other spicy seasoning)
dash of salt
2 heaping tablespoons of tomato paste if you dump too much garlic powder in
Optional Toppings: vegan cheese, avocado, cilantro

Cook until tender then serve over rice or quinoa!
