These were SO delicious! Not perfect but I did what I could. I’ve been grilling/BBQ for 15 years and I’ve NEVER cooked anything that smelled so good. Especially with a 2 hour marinade in a homemade mix. I did overcook it by a few minutes so it didn’t shred as well as I had hoped. Definitely the best I have ever made. Even my 6 and 8 year old kids loved it.
