Is this normal?

I’ll say, I haven’t been to Taco Bell much lately, but I got a couple meat & cheese only tacos for my son. This is what we got? I also somehow spent $38 for 2 adults and a 3.5 yo and a 1 yo. I won’t be back any time soon.
