Back in March 2024, I diligently waited for a Tuesday drop. I placed my order through the app for the $1 item. When I drove up to the Taco Bell, they said my order had been canceled even though I had not canceled it. There was a lot of back and forth but ultimately the store said they do not have any control over the app (which I understand) and I walked away super sad. I tried to call the TB customer service and despite waiting over 20 minutes, I could never get in touch with a person because wait time was so long. I submitted a complaint through the app and stopped going to TB.
Today!!! I got a surprise email from Taco Bell for a 1 free item coupon. I was super surprised. I went and bought a cantina bowl with steak instead of chicken. It was freaking delicious.
You make me mad Taco Bell but i could never stop loving you. 🌮🔔❤️
