I missed watering day by 2 days and had 18 hours per day of pretty intense light on my plants. I came home, bottom watered all plants and I noticed these brown spots I assumed it was sun scald initially but now I’m concerned. It appears the new growth is free from spots.

I think it’s probably just sunburn/scald and maybe some anthocyanins production (purple pigment peppers produce when stressed).
If you really are worried about it, cut off all affected foliage and monitor healthy growth to see if it starts looking the same as well as the new growth
