I just received these a few days ago shipped from a nursery out of state. I gave them a little bit of fertilizer and have them by a window that gets sun.
I’m not sure if this is the issue but you shouldn’t be using a heat mat at this stage of their growth, they’re normally for germination only and can be harmful for the roots of an established plant because they won’t want to grow downwards towards it if it’s hotter than the surface temp.

Get rid of the heat Matt it will cause issues and you said they were recently shipped to you I’m guessing they lost a little pigment when they were in a dark box for a few days

I just put the heat mat today thinking the window sill was too cold. As it’s been cold outside last couple days. But I’ll remove it
