Copycat Barbacoa Sauce

Hi All,

Excuse my ignorance – I’ve just started getting into Mexican cooking and making my own burrito bowls at home (tastier and way more affordable).

I’ve been using my instant pot to create Barbacoa Beef using oyster blade or chuck roast and adding it to quesadillas, tacos and burrito bowls:

I’ve been using this sauce (which I love) but they no longer sell it in stores in Australia.

Would anyone have a copycat recipe that I could use to make a similar tasting sauce? I’ve added a picture of the ingredients for context.

I’m getting into cooking but still not at the point that I can just throw things together without a recipe and have it come out tasty so any help would be appreciated!
