🥦 Broccoli Malai Tikka in Air Fryer

Air Fryer Broccoli Malai Tikka Recipe

Ingredients

* 1 medium broccoli (cut into florets)
* ½ cup thick yogurt (hung curd)
* 2 tbsp fresh cream
* 2 tbsp grated cheese
* 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ½ tsp cardamom powder
* ½ tsp chaat masala
* Salt to taste
* 1 tbsp cornflour
* 1 tbsp melon seeds
* 4-5 cashew
* Roasted kasuri methi

Method

1. Blanch the broccoli florets in hot water for 2–3 minutes and drain well.
2. In a mixing jar, gring cashews , cheese, melon seeds and make it a fine paste. (Use less water)
3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream, cheese, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, cardamom powder , chaat masala, salt, cornflour, kasuri methi, and prepared paste.
4. Add the broccoli and coat it evenly with the marinade.
5. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
6. Arrange the florets in the air fryer basket.
7. Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 18–20 minutes.
8. Brush with melted butter halfway through cooking for extra flavor and a beautiful golden color.
9. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
