I made 4 different salsas, one is an orange salsa with roasted tomatoes, garlic, onion and Chiles the árbol.
The green salsa was made with roasted tomatillos, cilantro, onion, garlic, salt with a few roasted Chiles the árbol for heat, the red salsa is a salsa macha with one roasted chile Guajillo, roasted Chiles de árbol about 15, 7 roasted garlic pieces, a roasted quarter of an onion, a roasted tortilla in oil blended, it’s an oil based salsa that is seasoned with salt. The last one is a spicy guacamole with Serrano peppers, cilantro, onion, lime, salt.
