The heat has well and truly
been turned up this summer at Pho
– the healthy Vietnamese street food restaurant group – with the launch of the world’s
very first Pink Sriracha sauce,
available only in Pho restaurants nationwide for August. And now, to mark the launch, they’re taking things one step further by opening the doors to “Bodega
Sriracha”.
The “Bodega
Sriracha” is a hot pink reimagining
of a classic New York-style bodega that will be popping up outside London’s
King’s Cross station on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th August.
This not-to-be-missed
bodega will have a live DJ on both days and be giving away free merch, as well as pink lemonade slushies with food from Pho, ice cream from Hackney Gelato, and the chance to try the new exclusive sauce. Visitors will also be able to win free Pho, cosmetics
from Benefit, and free VIP Pho cards with exclusive discounts up to 50% for one year.
Partnering
with SABZU, the premium Thai condiment brand distributed by Bamboomart London Limited, this hot pink reinvention of the global spicy sauce fully sets itself apart from others. Made from high-quality white Thai chillies grown exclusively in northern Thailand,
the sauce gets its vibrant colour from the hibiscus flower, giving off an initial fruity note before finishing with a deliciously spicy heat.
Alongside the
Bodega, Pho has also launched
“Pink
Wednesdays”
whereby every Wednesday during August, anyone who rocks up to a Pho restaurant wearing pink can enjoy a spicy pink margarita and select dishes for each £5.
Pho’s Bodega Sriracha promises two
days packed with flavour, freebies and plenty of pink.
