with over 18 years of experience in boutique and commercial design, cadena+asociados’ latest project, carboncabron, is a grillhouse that appears warm and introspective while exuding a sense of character. 6,300 logs, five communal tables, one open kitchen and a large wooden structure that creates the space, give shape to a rustic environment as an homage to the charcoal grill that gives voice to the cuisine.

cadena+asociados‘ restaurant features smoked braces, wood and raw steel, shaping the monochromatic material palette of carboncabron. the walls, ceilings and wooden structures are completely transformed by the rustic fire-like appearance, embracing the aromas, textures, colors and flavors that merge into an expressive stroke of sensory delight.
