Step 1: Chili Flakes making
Fry dry red chili 5-6 pieces for 2-3 min
Then blend it properly to make Chili flakes
Step 2: Chili Flakes making
– Water 2 cup
– White vinegar 1/3 cup
– Sugar 1/3 cup
– Salt 1/4 tsp
– Chili flakes 1 tbsp
– Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
– Food color 1 drop (optional)
Boil for 3-4 min
– Corn flour 1 tbsp
– Water 1/4 cup
Mix them together
Cook until light thick consistency
