   I have to ask coming from idiocracy – what does one person do with so much hot peppers? For scale, I grew 2 plants of ghost. They fruited a crazy amount, I didn’t know what to do with all of them. I ended up placing 90% in a 5 gallon vinegar salutation – 8% dehydrated, 2% used for cooking spices
