Buffalo sauce

   As an old now-displaced Buffalonian who used to drop wings in a fryer basket as a teenager decades ago… Buffalo sauce is just any cayenne hot sauce and clarified butter to a desired heat (mild to degrees of hot). Mild wing sauce is 50/50 sauce to butter.

   Use this info make some kick ass home made wing sauce with your favorite hot sauces.

   That being said, I typically like Lillie’Qs BBQ sauces. They make good stuff!
