Tacos al vapor y carne cecina


Tacos al vapor/canasta de papa con chorizo, frijol, y chicharrón. Carne cecina which is sort of like beef jerky. Toppings are cabbage, queso cotija, onions and salsa. Hard boil egg is usually on the side but I didn’t serve myself one. This is typical from michoacan.
