I saw this vid, and it looks like the guy is making delicious burritos, but then he bends the filled tortilla into a U-shape, skewers it, and puts it on the grill. It doesn’t look Mexican, but it looks Mexican. More importantly, it looks delicious, and I want to eat one! Does anyone know what this food is and where it comes from?
