There's a few hot sauces that I tuck away for personal use, to accent a dish, or pull out intentionally to share with other hot sauce enthusiasts. One of these is Toscano Farms Chocolate Habanero sauce. I've had to suppress my anger when friends have applied it too liberally and didn't mop up every last drop.

None really because when I find a new one I love I can’t help but go nuts with it lol
Seed Ranch Flavor Co. Umami Reserve. I love it but hate running out.

I love Toscano’s. They’re right across from me at the San Rafael farmers market, and also has a booth at Oakland on Saturdays. Great sauces.
