Today I tried Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang. Nasi Lemak is a SE Asian dish of fragrant rice along with egg, crispy anchovies, peanuts, and sambal. This one is served with Ayam Taliwang, marinated grilled chicken slathered in a super spicy sauce. This dish was even spicier than I thought it would be.
