White guy trying a Sinaloense-style torta ahogada, it was ok


Torta de cochinita accompanied with caldo “tortero” (thicker and stronger than Jalisco style)

Bread is telera (softer and crumblier than Jalisco style bolillo)

2nd pic for after drowning it and crema on top.

It was actually very good.
