Alright need your help fellow salsa snobs! This is one of the most mysteriously delicious salsas I’ve ever had. Similar to a roasted Serrano and Tomato salsa I make but with smokier and nuttier notes likely from the chilli oil.
The recipe card at the restaurant claims:
roasted serrano peppers, soy sauce*.
sesame oil* and orange juice
It is definitely emulsified with sesame oil given the shine but curious if anyone has made something like this before!?
