Store was out of skirt steak, so I bought these very thin cut pieces. How would you cook these for carne asada for tacos?

Season, dip in egg and breadcrumbs then fry like Milanesa
Marinade at least an hour, pat dry, fire grilled.
Cut into strips, season and then grill.
I pat them dry with a paper towel then fry with jalapenos and onions on a big ass frying pan. Make sure to sear too. Then I fry tomato slices in a second frying pan.
I prefer to cut them in slices after cooking
And then warm up the tortillas on the big pan with all the flavor on it
