🧾 Ingredients:
• 1 cup Kala chana (black chickpeas – soaked overnight)
• 2 tbsp Mustard oil
• 1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
• 1/2 tsp Hing (asafoetida)
• 1 tsp Haldi (turmeric)
• 1 tsp Red chilli powder
• 2 tbsp Imli pulp (tamarind)
• 2–3 tbsp Gud (jaggery) (taste ke hisaab se)
• Salt as per taste
• 2 cups water

👨🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Chana Cook kare:
• Soaked kala chana ko pressure cook kare (3–4 whistles)
• Soft hona chahiye, lekin tootna nahi
2️⃣ Tadka:
• Kadhai me mustard oil garam kare
• Jeera + hing daale
• Phir haldi aur red chilli powder daal ke halka bhune
3️⃣ Main Cooking:
• Cooked chana daal de
• Salt + thoda pani add kare
• 5–7 min simmer kare
4️⃣ Khatta-Meetha Flavor:
• Ab imli pulp + gud add kare
• Achhi tarah mix karke 10 min slow flame pe pakaye
5️⃣ Final Touch:
• Gravy thodi thick aur glossy ho jaye to ready ✨
