

5-6 habanero peppers
1 small onion
1 lime freshly squeezed
1/2 to 1 orange freshly squeezed
A few sprigs of cilantro
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
(Optional) Agave nectar to taste
Finely dice onion and mix with lime juice and a pinch of salt set aside for at least 5-10 minutes to start pickling the onion a little. While it's resting either finely dice all other ingredients or roughly chop if using a food processor/ blender or molcajete. Once onion is done resting mix with all other ingredients to desired consistency using preferred method. (If using a blender or food processor I'd recommend leaving the cilantro out and mixing in later. Add salt and orange juice to taste.

Really been getting into a lot of Mexican food recently including salsa. Came out a bit sweeter and not as spicy as I would have liked but still leaps and bounds better than store bought
