
When I make salsa I normally use the top third of the cilantro bundle. I had already used the tops in a different recipe but I wanted some salsa so I used the mid stem area and the flavor is so much better than using just leaves.
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
1 small onion
1 cup sugar rush cream peppers
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon
1/3 cilantro bundle
