I'm going out of town soon for almost two weeks with my whole family, don't really know anyone who could check all my peppers for me, what should I do? It's been raining a ton here recently so I don't think I should leave them out and just hope for the best, but leaving them under a patio seems like a bad idea too. Should I just plant them in the ground? Lol.

What you can do for sure is water them all right before you leave and then fill your trays 1/2-2/3 with water so they have some extra for the soil to pull up as the soil drys out.
Your big pots are easier becauae you can definitely put them into a plastic tote or anything which will hold water and do the same and they will be just fine. I have done this before with huge plants when going outta town for over a week and they always make it just fine.
The smaller cells are a bit more tricky just because you have less soil and depth to work with to hold water but the same idea should work.
I believe pepper guru on YouTube has talked about this idea in some of his videos when he has traveled out of the country on vacation.
Best of luck
