Salsa Verde

4-5 Tomatillos

4 jalapenos or serrano peppers

1 small onion

Few springs cilantro

2-3 cloves

Garlic

Juice from 1 lime

Salt to taste

Roughly chop all ingredients set aside cilantro and pulse blend everything in a food processor or blender until desired consistency once done mix in chopped cilantro alternatively use a Molcajete.
