I really love Chesapeake sauce from Pepper Palace. At $13 a bottle itās way more than Iād like to pay given I can go through a bottle in a month or less.
I live in NW Florida so all the hot sauces around here are more Cajun/Creole. Is there a sauce out there that is similar that has that celery/clove accent?

Tabasco Cayenne Garlic Sauce would be similar.
Try Old Bay hot sauce which this one rips off.
Looking at the ingredients, roll your own using Crystal or Franks as the base, then adding Old Bay. Fine tune with other ingredients in their published list if you feel like one is underrepresentedĀ
Or try Old Bay hot sauce, listed at $15 for 64 oz on AmazonĀ
Havenāt tried either, but Clark + Hopkins have a Chesapeake Bay sauce.
