In love with Taiwan Hottie

Got this in Taiwan. It’s just peppers, garlic, cilantro, salt, and sugar in white sesame oil. Tastes fresh so definitely not fermented but possibly oil poached so it doesn’t ferment. Website says they make it the day it’s shipped so 🤷‍♂️ It’s about my upper limit of spice where I put it on everything. The garlic is very forward and a nice fresh cilantro flavor. Good thing is that it should be pretty easy to replicate when I finish the last jar.

The name does translate to Taiwan Hottie/Hot Chick/Fine Shyt/pick your slang term
